Work with the Creators’ Rights Alliance
THE Creators' Rights Alliance is appointing a part-time, freelance Policy and Public Affairs Consultant. The closing time for applications is 5 pm on Thursday 2 July 2020.
The successful applicant will get £20 - £24 per hour for 14 to 17.5 hours per week: the exact hours are open to discussion with candidates. This will be a six-month fixed-term contract, working from home, but London-based as the role will involve regular meetings in London. Reasonable expenses for any travel outside London will be paid.
The Creators' Rights Alliance (CRA) exists to promote, protect and further the interests of creators through advocacy and campaigning. It speaks on behalf of member organisations with one voice on issues affecting all creators, including fair contracts, pay, working conditions and intellectual property. Current members of the CRA include the Association of Illustrators, Association of Photographers, Incorporated Society of Musicians, Musicians' Union, National Union of Journalists, Society of Authors and the Writers' Guild of Great Britain.
